Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be processed as follows if requested by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on or before the days listed below:
On or before May 1: 100% of registration and meal fees, less $20 processing fee
On or before May 15: 90% of registration and meal fees, less $20 processing fee
On or before June 1: 50% of registration and meal fees, less $20 processing fee
After June 1: no refunds granted.
