Silent Auction Bid Sheet
The Silent Auction that takes place during the IAMPETH Convention is a very important fund raiser that helps pay for our AV equipment, acquire pieces for our archives and many other things. Any member may submit items for the auction whether or not you are attending. Your donations should fall under one of the following catagories: artwork, calligraphic-related merchandise, new or barely used art supplies, used and gently used books. If you have something that you want to donate and are questioning whether appropriate, please email Linda (email address below). Attached is the form to be completed by you, for each item. Be sure to clearly write your name and a brief description of the item. DO NOT fill in the opening bid amount but DO show the retail value of the item at the bottom.
If you are attending the convention next month, and you are bringing your donation(s) with you, please bring your completed form(s) and item(s) to us during registration and you will be able to drop them off at the designated location during the week. If you are not attending, or need to send your donation ahead of time, please send them to the following address. Your package must be clearly marked “Silent Auction” and must be received by July 5. Please note: whether you are bringing your item or shipping it, we need one form per item.
