The International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers, and Teachers of Handwriting (IAMPETH) holds an annual conference bringing together approximately 300 of its members from the United States and abroad for classes, meetings, social events and community-building. IAMPETH is currently accepting applications from vendors of select and unique items for its Artisan Marketplace, which will be held the full week of the conference.

Exhibit Schedule
Monday, Aug 3: room available 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (Closed 5:30-7:30 for Opening Reception)
Tuesday, Aug 8: room available 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug 9: room available 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Conference attendee check-in opens at 2 p.m. on Monday, so it’s a great idea to be set up and ready by that time! Please note that conference participants will be in classes from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday. There will be a lunch hour and periodic breaks through each day when participants will be able to visit the Artisan Marketplace.

Display Information: Tables are approximately 8’ X 30”. Table covers will be provided. A limited number of outlets are available. If electricity is required, please indicate this on the Vendor Application form. Vendors must provide their own electrical and extension cords.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:
• If my application and payment are received on or before April 25, my application will receive priority consideration and be confirmed on or before May 1. No refunds will be made for vendor cancellation after that date; if vendor is not confirmed, refund will be issued in full;
• Only those items listed on my application may be offered for sale at IAMPETH, and it is my responsibility to insure there is no duplication of items carried by our contracted vendor, John Neal Bookseller;
• Placement in the Artisan Marketplace room will be determined by IAMPETH, and may not be changed without permission;
• If, due to space considerations, the number of tables IAMPETH is able to offer is fewer than the number requested, this will be noted upon confirmation and fee will be adjusted as appropriate;
• Item display and sales transaction may take place on in the designated Marketplace room and are not permitted in any other area of the venue;
• Vendor set-up begins Monday, at 8 am; space must be cleared by 10 pm on Wednesday;
• I am responsible for obtaining all necessary sales permits, as well as reporting and paying all taxes due to the State of Utah, if any;
• I release the IAMPETH board and volunteers from responsibility for any damage, loss or injury incurred before, during, or after conference hours.
